Learning management system (LMS) plays a vital role in an institution, an organisation and in government sectors through web technologies. The important challenge of the web technology is to provide distributed information with relevant semantic meaning. LMS is an efficient task driven system. It provides a rich just-in-time learning requirements for dynamically changing cutting-edge technology in the real world. Ever changing technology continues to bring about newness in LMS.
