Abstract

Impaction of third molar teeth is a common disorder which often necessitates their removal. The present study concludes that the pain relief from Ibuprofen was superior to that of Aceclofenac. Ibuprofen showed the low VAS scale readings in early and late post operative periods compared to Aceclofenac. Ibuprofen 400mg is an effective analgesia for controlling post operative pain after third molar surgery.
