Abstract Aim & Objective To provide a removable prosthesis to the patient which is claspless, esthetically pleasing and the amount of retention is far more than the partial dentures with clasps and retainers Case Description A 54 years female patient visited the department of prosthodontics with the chief complaint of missing teeth and desired the treatment for the same. The option for implant retained prosthesis was ruled out due to economic reasons and unavailability of time. So conventional removable partial denture was planned in maxillary arch and a cast partial removable prosthesis with preci-vertix® attachment was planned in mandibular arch. Conclusion Cast partial dentures fabricated with precision attachments are advised for those where implant supported fixed prosthesis are contraindicated and also in cases of long span edentulism or distal extension edentulous span.
