Abstract

Estimation of age is an important tool which is commonly carried out in areas of medico legal research. Age can be estimated in different ways by using chronological age, skeletal age and dental age. This study was done to evaluate two radiographic methods of age estimation i.e. the Nollas method and Demirjian's method. The results obtained from 50 children, concluded that the Demirjian's method was comparable to chronological age while Nollas method was not so accurate.
