Abstract Aim The edentulous state depicts a compromise in the integrity of masticatory system. It greatly affects the functional form and esthetics. The psychological and biomechanical effects of loss of should never be neglected and the desired requirement of the patient must be fulfilled within a minimum time frame. The aim of the study was to reduce the clinical visits of the patient to “THREE” and fabricate a balanced complete denture which can provide the patient with an optimum functional prosthesis. Method The procedure stated in the article was performed successfully on 3 patients and required 3 clinical visits of the patient. Ist Visit -Preliminary impression, vertical jaw relation, final impression, centric bite record and teeth selection. IInd Visit - Trial, centric verification and obtaining protrusive record. IIIrd Visit - Denture insertion and follow-up instructions Results A balanced complete denture in three visits was provided to the patients thus greatly reducing the number of visits. All three patients were highly satisfied with the esthetics, function and comfort during the six months recall period. Conclusion The use of this technique is to fabricate balanced complete dentures with positive benefits for both the patient and practitioner. The ability to reduce the time required to provide patients with dentures and the potential to reduce the cost and time of care for patients while still providing quality dentures using state of the art dental materials is promising. The aim is to provide patients with optimal form, function, and aesthetics in complete dentures in a minimum time frame of “THREE - VISITS”.
