Abstract With advent of technological advancements, the human-computer interface is gaining momentum using speech as well as text. There has been different conversational software designed using different artificial intelligence techniques. In this work, a course recommendation system was designed using different natural language processing techniques and machine learning. Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques were applied to analyse query by the student, and intelligent responses can be found by designing an engine to provide appropriate human-like responses.
