Most metastatic tumors have the propensity for involving the mandible rather than the other oral soft tissues structures. Within, we describe an unusual case of ovarian malignancy that metastasized to the mandibular and involved the mandibular gingiva as an initial manifestation, and as per our best knowledge this is the second reported case until now. There is limited erudition regarding ovarian cancer metastatic and involving the oral cavity. Top Keywords Gingival metastasis, immunohistochemistry, ovarian malignancy. Top |
