Online published on 23 October, 2018. Abstract A study was conducted with soybean to determine the efficacy of emamectin benzoate UV RR5% WG under field conditions during kharif, 2009 and 2010. The formulation (emamectin benzoate UV RR5% WG) was compared with popular organophosphorus insecticides viz., triazophos and ethion. The results showed that Spodoptera litura was highly susceptible to emamectin benzoate UV RR5% WG@ 18.8, 9.4 and 8.1 g a.i./ha during both years.
