Abstract The comparative virulence of Heterorhabditis indica and Steinernema glaseri multiplied in vivo and in vitro is evaluated on Corcyra cephalonica in this study. The results reveal that in vivo mass multiplied nematodes caused the least LC50 (15.83 IJ/larva) and LT50 (34.08 h/larva). Among in vivo and in vitro, invivo one was superior.
