Abstract The field trial against mustard aphid Lipaphis erysimi Kalt with certain insecticides revealed that imidacloprid 17.8 SL @300 g. a. i./ha is the most effective. Also, the yield was maximum with dimethoate 30 EC @ 300 g. a.i./ha (seed yield of 18.50 q/ha), also it was the best in terms of economics.
