Abstract

In India, every person has a right to give their vote to any party or an individual candidate which is written in the constitution of India. And also every voter has a right to know that the vote casted by his/her is given to the right candidate/party safely by the voter. In this paper we have discussed the working of how one voter can be able to cast his/her vote by giving appropriate Username/ID and a Password and then his/her Fingerprint which is used to ensure that the intended user is casting his/her vote and which increases the security for the purpose of voting. This technique of voting helps giving importance to people who actually want to give their vote to the right candidate/party, but are unable to return to their native place where they live, only to cast their vote. Instead of people can be able to stay in their current location and cast their votes securely and in an easy way. Thus this model helps people to cast their important and precious vote easily and in secure manner to the intended party/candidate only.
