Online published on 13 December, 2018. Abstract Rupture of Intracranial aneurysm is a well known cause of intracranial hemorrhage and sudden death. Usually, intracranial aneurysms rupture leads to hemorrhage into subarachnoid space. Here, we report two cases of intracranial aneurysms causing subdural hemorrhage. So, subdural hemorrhage in the absence of head trauma requires meticulous examination of brain and Circle of Willis during autopsy to pick any ruptured intracranial aneurysms which may be hidden.
