Abstract The aim of the study is to identify the impact of health services quality upon client's personal growth and positive relations with others at outpatient consultancy clinics of Al Sadder teaching hospital. A descriptive analytic study design was carried out at outpatient consultancy clinics of Al Sadder Teaching Hospital from march 14th to June 12th 2018. Non-probability (purposive) sample of 200 clients who were coming to the Outpatient Consultancy Clinics were selected. Assessment of the health services quality through the SERVQUAL scale consists of 22 items, and assessment of client's personal growth (7 items) and positive relations with others(7 items) through Ryff's scale; and then identification the impact of health services quality upon client's personal growth and positive relations with others. Reliability of instrument was determined through the use of Alpha (Cronbach) approach and the instrument validity was determined through a panel of experts. The findings of the present study revealed that there are significant differences found in the level of client's personal growth and positive relations with others (Ryff's Scale) with regard to health services quality dimensions (Tangibility, Reliability, Responsiveness, Safety and Assurance, and Empathy).
