Abstract

Brutal sexual assault on children should attract the harshest punishment the law can provide. Here reported, is a case of sexual assault and murder of a 3-year-old child who was presented as a case of death due to snake bite. Meticulous post-mortem examination is required in such cases were history of the case do not coincide with the injuries on the body.
