The most prominent hormones are the adrenal and thyroid hormones. The aim of current study was to identify the temporary changes in the levels of ACTH and TSH in the case of physical effort as well as to identify the resulted changes in ACTH and TSH through ratios in the case of individual and group play.

Method

The researchers used a descriptive method in the survey method as the appropriate method to solve the problem and achieve its objectives. Therefore, 78 male and female students from the third grade at college of Physical Education and sport Sciences in AL-Muthanna University participated in current study. A number of characteristics were specified in the sample to be subjected to laboratory tests.

Results

The researchers found that hormone levels were increased in males and females. The amount of ACTH was higher in males than in females, and the amount of ACTH in the collective game was higher than in individual game.
