Online published on 6 December, 2021. Abstract The study of three years data (2017–18 to 2019–20) on impact assessment of technology adoption on cotton production in Dhule district indicated that the adoption of package of practices had increased the average per hectare production of cotton by 57.72 per cent while cost of production was decreased by 7.69 per cent with B-C ratio of 2.70 over 1.58 in farmers’ practice. This indicated the importance in use of recommended package of practices in enhancing productivity of cotton and thereby the income of farmers from cotton cultivation. It is therefore recommended that the farmers from Dhule district be motivated for the use of recommended package of practices for cotton cultivation.
