Abstract Technological advances have paved libraries to expand their sources and services to new horizons and offered different ways of providing library services to the user community. Present paper attempts to know the awareness and use of Information Communication Technology and the problems associated with its use in the university library. The findings of the study revealed that large number of the respondents were aware of ICTs use in the library. The internet was most extensively used for accessing e-journals followed by e-mail.
