Abstract Clouston's syndrome or Hidrotic ectodermal dysplasia is an autosomal-dominant inherited rare ectodermal dysplastic disorder characterized by triad of nail dystrophy, palmoplantar keratoderma, and alopecia. Here we present a case report of clouston syndrome with classical triad along with hypodontia, microdontia and severe mental retardation. This is being reported because of it is rarity.
