Abstract

We consider an queue with two types of vacations and Bernoulli feedback simultaneously. During both vacations, the customers become impatient. That is whenever a customer arrives at the system it activates an ’impatience timer’. If the customer's service has not been completed before the customer's timer expire, the customer leaves the queue and never return. The stationary probability distribution of the system studied by probability generating function technique and some performance measures are also derived.
