Investigating the relationship between professional ethics of sellers and customer loyalty: Case Study of Pasargad Insurance of Hamadan Province, Iran Mohammadi Vahid Agha Executive MBA, Islamic Azad University, Hamedan Branch, Hamedan, Iran Online published on 4 August, 2018. Abstract The orientation of all targets, strategies and organizational resources revolves around attracting and keeping customers. Maintaining and strengthening customer loyalty for companies to maintain and develop their competitive position in the market is a big concern. Therefore, in this research the professional ethics of Hamedan Province, Iran Pasargad Insurance employees and its relationship with its customers’ loyalty is evaluated. The study population of employees and customers of Hamedan Pasargad Insurance are considered as the main study population. The sample of employees of the insurance staff is 68 people in the province and the sample size of random customers are 380. To assess and describe the general characteristics of respondents, the descriptive statistics is used such as frequency tables, frequency, cumulative frequency percent and mean. Inferential statistics are used to analyze the data and test research hypotheses. In this research, when trying to find out the relationship between independent and dependent variables regression was used as well as to analyze the data SPSS software was used. In line with the results of this study it was concluded that professional ethics of staff and its dimensions (trustworthiness and commitment) increased the customers’ loyalty in the companies and service organizations/The results of the study suggested that there was a significant relationship between the dimensions of the professional ethics of Pasargad Insurance employees of Hamedan Province and the customer loyalty of the company.
