Global competition on the market and virtualization of economic processes Dr Czarniewski Stawomir University of Janski in Lomza Ul. Krzywe Kolo, 918–400, Lomza Online published on 4 August, 2018. Abstract Dynamic organizations often strive to achieve a state of balance. This abridged classical approach was probably sufficient when an organization's environment was calm, predictable and well structured; Nowadays, the environment is quite different. The market environment is unstructured and unpredictable, and for the company, following the classical approach under current conditions may be harmful, leading to lower effectiveness, and even to collapse. The ability to achieve equilibrium itself remains under discussion, because any development is conditioned by a state of imbalance. Contemporary organizations must meet the demands of a constantly evolving environment to enter the market, create and maintain business relationships, evolve continuously and continue its economic existence in the arena of business competition. This study is an attempt to show the necessity of virtualization of business processes in the era of global competition.
