Pathology of Smuggling Goods In The Light Of Criminology Theories with Emphasize On the Topic of Being Frontiersman

Abstract

Among the most important healthy and dynamic economic factors in each country is the existence of balance in imports and exports; nevertheless, smuggling goods as one of the important components of economic corruption would have numerous negative effects and consequences; in this investigation, it is discussed on investigating on criminalization of smuggling goods and it is assumed that the injuries and the consequences of smuggling goods may be more in frontiersman regions than in other locations of country. The issue of smuggling goods is a causal phenomenon in comparison to the product and it is the consequence of a collection of numerous factors which require a comprehensive plan; and it would have the adaptability with the criminology theories and criminal sociology theories like anomy, pressure, control, differential association and etc. The most important challenge faced by security in marginal regions of country is unemployment and dissatisfaction of economic activities. This problem causes that people turn to a variety of unreal and unofficial jobs (smuggling goods) which put into existence in order to earn their livelihood, and spend their lives.
