Online published on 21 June, 2017. Abstract In the present study, in situ hybridization of FMRF amide-like peptide mi-flp-12 gene was done in pre-parasitic juveniles of Meloidogyne incognita. In situ hybridization revealed the expression of mi-flp-12 in cells associated with the ventral and retro vesicular ganglia of the central nervous system. These studies can help in the identification of genes associated with chemo sensation in plants. Top Keywords FMRF amide-like peptides, neuromotor function, in situ hybridization, root-knot nematode, Meloidogyne incognita. Top |
