Dimethoate, Triazophos & Chlorpyrifos were used @ 0.5 and 1 ml/lit of water as seed soaking to find out their efficacy against Meloidogyne incognita infecting cucumber in polyhouse. Triazophos @ 1 ml/lit water was found very promising to improve plant growth characters viz. vine length, root length, vine weight and root weight and reducing nematode reproduction viz. no. of galls/plant, no. of egg masses/plant, no. of eggs & larvae/egg mass and nematode population/200 cc soil over Chlorpyrifos and Dimethoate.
