Effect of Psychotonic Training, Yogic Practices and Combination of Psychotonic Training and Yogic Practices on Selected Bio-motor Psychological Parameters and Performance of Cricket Players (Flexibility)

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to find out the effect of psychotonic training, yogic practices and combination of psychotonic training and yogic practices on selected bio-motor, psychological parameters and performance of sixty cricket players of Baneswar Sarathibala Mahavidyalaya, Cooch Behar Panchanan Barma University, Hatiduba, Baneswar, Cooch Behar, in the state of West Bengal, India. The age of the cricket players was between 18 to 25 years. In this research paper the researcher has presented flexibility a bio-motor variable for the study. It was concluded from the findings of the study it was found that there were significant differences among the adjusted means on the flexibility of the cricket players chosen for the study.
