Abstract Artificial intelligence is gaining significant momentum in healthcare and is forecast to have the potential to transform the industry, as well as the way practitioners interact with their patients. AI is bringing a paradigm shift in the health care sector, powered by the increasing availability of health care data and rapid development in analytical techniques. The use of AI in healthcare will go far forward turning data into useful and actionable information that benefits the health and care of patients. Several researches had been conducted and many randomized control trials are in progress around the globe using various AI technologies to find out the extensive scope of artificial intelligence in clinical diagnosis and treatment.
