Here we try to give a better and comfortable mode of administration of local anaesthesia for kids for their better cooperation. Intranasal anaesthesia in other words needle free anaesthesia has rapid onset, ease of delivery, painless administration, high medication bio availability as its advantages. Kovacaine mist is a spray type of intranasal local anaesthesia that is effective only on permanent and primary anteriors, primary molars, permanent premolars.
