Online published on 4 June, 2019. Abstract Corporations play a significant role not only in creating and managing business but also in common lives of most people. A living person has a mind and body which can have knowledge or intention or be negligent and he has hands to carry out his intentions. A corporation has none of these; it must act through living persons, though not always one or the same person. The corporate criminal liability is like a parasite which is detrimental and unsafe and can cause harm any time to the company as well as to the society (public at large). It needs a host like the parasite to spread its influence and in the case of corporate criminal liability the directors, officers or managers plays the role of the host. This article is an attempt made by the author to reflect the concept of corporate criminal liability and its impact on the society.
