Abstract In the present corporate scenario, the investment which is vested in training programs is very high. The corporate organizations and hospitals are intending to expand the skill set of the employee thus it helps in the organizational growth. Initially, the training was given from the organization employees who are experts in that particular field. But in early 2000s, the involvement of external training programs started booming and it is now gaining better prominence in the corporate market. The employees are also getting involved in those sessions. This study will give a brief comparison of both internal and external training programs for the employee growth in corporate business sectors and hospitals with necessary suggestions.
