Abstract The aim is to determine the actual position of the ship which moves dynamically in the sea to avoid the stumbling block or hindrance which causes the ships damage. The location detection system is used to give the location information with accurate. Based on the multi-sensor data fusion techniques the location of the ship can be identified efficiently. Joining the Kalman filter technique, the synchronize transformation technique; the time configuration method and the track correlation is performed by optimal fusion method.
