Abstract Background/Objectives The Objectives of this study were the nursing students’ attitude, achievement, and satisfaction level of learning compared with the traditional lecture after applying the capstone nursing research class.. Method/Statistical Analysis A pretest-posttest design using a nonequivalent control group was used to analyze the effects of capstones. Before starting the experiment, the experimental group and the control group were tested for homogeneity of the dependent variables and general characteristics. The collected data was analyzed using the SPSS/WIN 18.0 program.. Findings To test this hypothesis, we used the independent t-test to analyze differences in attitudes, achievements, and satisfaction among the two groups. Results, the experimental group that performed Capstone class of nursing study showed significant improvements in learning attitude, learning performance, and satisfaction level of learning compared to the control group.. Improvements/Applications Few classes were performed with Capstone of nursing study, repeated studies are required on the development of Capstone class and the validation of its effect in the future.
