Abstract This paper studies consumer attitude and purchasing behavior of different consumer regarding television, wrist watch, refrigerator, Car, washing machine. Data was collected on consumer preference, attitude and perception towards foreign and Indian brands and factors that they consider while purchasing. The study is exploratory in nature. To know consumer attitude, fifty five statements related to consumers attitude, perception, and expectations have been measured on five point likert scale.
