Abstract The analysis of moderator personality effects on elements of satisfaction gives the opportunity to follow the complex interaction of different factors for the change in the face of the phenomenon. Two psychological tools have been applied: A five-factor model BIG 5: Openness, Conscientiousness, Extraversion, Agreeableness, Neuroticism or Emotional Stability (Costaamp; Mc Crae, 1994) and job satisfaction (Radoslavova, 2001). 204 respondents from Bulgarian universities took part in the survey between February and April 2015.
