Abstract

5-Arylamino-2-mercapto-1,3 thiadiazols on condensation with 2- chloroacetyl amino (substituted) benzothiazoles afforded the 5-arylamino-2-N-2’- mercapto acetyl- amino (substituted) benzothiazole in ethanol solution. The synthesized compounds were screened for their biological activity and found to have promising insecticidal activity.
