Online published on 26 July, 2017. Abstract A forty five and a half year old female temple elephant was presented with history of whitish patch at center of left side cornea. Ophthalmic examination and Fluorescein dye test confirmed corneal ulcer. The eye drops were made from autologous serum and advised to be instilled two drops four times daily.
