Abstract A Jersey crossbred heifer and two Holstein Friesian crossbred calves were presented with history of conjunctivitis, cloudiness, excessive lacrimation, epiphora and corneal opacity in right eye. Further anamnesis revealed that these animals were not responding to antibiotic therapy. On detailed clinical examination, eye worm (Thelazia sp.) with vigorous movement was seen in affected eye of all these animals and were managed non-surgically.
