Online published on 26 July, 2017. Abstract A female Pug was presented with secondary cleft palate with pneumonia. Primary infection was reduced by antibiotic therapy and then surgical intervention was done after eight weeks age. Mucoperiosteal flap technique was done for hard palate and overlapping flap repair was done for soft palate recovery. A feeding tube and Elizabethan collar was organized as post operative care.
