Abstract A four and a half months old female pup with history of dysphagia and severe myoclonus of muscles of head and face previously diagnosed with canine distemper was presented with bilateral soft tissue swelling on ventromedial aspect of tongue adjacent to frenulum with occassional bleeding from mass. Physical examination revealed ulcerated and haemorrhagic soft tissue swelling. The mass was surgically removed and histopathology confirmed it as granulation tissue.
