Online published on 26 July, 2017. Abstract A bitch was presented with history of nervous signs and blackish oral discharges. Clinical examination revealed severe oral thrush with lesions extending up to throat region. Hematology revealed neutrophilia with all other parameters being normal. Cultural examination of oral swabs led to isolation of Cryptococcus neoformans. The condition was diagnosed as oral cryptococcosis based on culture and therapeutically managed with Ketoconazole and topical application of Povidone iodine.
