Online published on 26 July, 2017. Abstract A Labrador Retriever male pup with complaint of cough and severe respiratory distress after accidental ingestion of foreign body on preceding day. Orthogonal survey radiograph revealed presence of foreign body in trachea at the level of anterior one third. Emergency tracheotomy was performed and one centimeter diameter stone piece was retrieved. Post-operative antibiotic therapy was followed and animal had an uneventful recovery.
