Online published on 20 November, 2017. Abstract An pluriparous buffalo was presented with history of complication in parturition since last eight hours. All efforts to deliver the fetus using mutation operations had failed. Per-vaginally, a dicephalus dipus tetrabrachius dicaudatus fetal monster was delivered by partially fetotomy operation.
