Abstract A blind folded randomized control study was designed to evaluate the efficacy of topical application of Tacrolimus spray in treating Canine Atopic Dermatitis (CAD). The group A dogs were treated with topical tacrolimus spray showed significant changes on the fourth week as compared to that of the placebo (Group B) and complete recovery along with clinical resolution of lesions was recorded.
