Online published on 4 May, 2019. Abstract A Murrah buffalo was presented with bilateral corneal opacity with severely congested mucous membranes and absence of menace and pupillary light reflexes. Organism culture and biochemical tests confirmed Staphylococcus aureus. After confirmation, Moxifloxacin and Vitamin A were given parenterally along with Moxifloxacin Opthalmic drops and borium acid collyrium. Complete clinical recovery was observed within two weeks.
