Abstract

A Labrador dog was presented with complaint of large swelling in right axilla since last four months. Clinical examination revealed presence of large fluctuating mass in right axilla. Ultrasonography of mass revealed mixed echogenicity. No contents were recovered on fine needle aspiration. Based on history, clinical signs and ultrasonography, the case was diagnosed as tumor. A 1.3 kilogram mass was excised surgically and histopathology confirmed it as a well differentiated liposarcoma.
