Abstract A Beagle dog was presented with history of respiratory distress, intermittent vomiting of bile and mucus along with increased fecal transit for last few weeks. Dog was treated earlier with antibiotics, antihistamines and antiemetic without any noticeable results. Elimination - challenge food trial was undertaken and was diagnosed as an immunological adverse reaction due to chicken protein, Avoidance done as a part of diagnosis also served as concurrent therapy.
