Online Published on 23 January, 2023. Abstract A bull was presented with history of trauma to the horn. On basis of history and clinical signs, the case was diagnosed as horn cancer and treated accordingly. Under local infiltration and corneal nerve block, taking all aseptic precautions, horn was removed. Histomorphological examination revealed typical keratinizing squamous cell carcinoma with characteristic epithelial pearls.
