Abstract

India's population has always been a significant driver of its agricultural sector. As the country grapples with the challenges of feeding its ever-growing population, agri-startups have emerged as a crucial element in the agriculture ecosystem. The intricate relationship between India's population, agricultural products, and agri-startups is immense while addressing future agricultural trends and challenges. On the other, there is a greater number of agricultural undergraduates coming out of agricultural universities every year. This rich human resource can be motivated towards agripreneurship. This paper delves into the connections between India's population, agricultural production, and the role of agriculture undergraduates in agri-startups, offering insights into their future implications.
