Online Published on 18 March, 2024. Abstract In simple terms employability is about capability of getting and keeping fulfilling work. The study was carried out selecting a random sample of 180 postgraduate scholars studying in first and second year M.Sc. (Agri.) at Agriculture Universities in Rajasthan. The study reveals that a great majority (80.55%) of the postgraduate scholars studying in higher agriculture education had medium to high level of overall employability. The level of employability was observed higher among those postgraduate scholars, who had better academic performance, highly educated father and higher degree of library exposure.
