Abstract The study aims at analyzing the level of knowledge and the extent of adoption of improved cultivation practices of Guava and major constraints in its production in Western Uttar Pradesh. The study revealed that the fruit growers possessed higher level of knowledge on varieties, planting time, distance and density, irrigation time, method of application of fertilizers, harvesting, packing, handling and marketing practices.
