An awareness of cultural difference and a willingness to accept and work with that difference have become the need of the hour. To make individuals corporate ready, crosscultural competence has to be developed at higher education level itself, where for the first-time students are exposed to multicultural environment. Innovative, interesting and enjoyable pedagogies can be used so that the students imbibe the concept to the core. This research paper attempts to explore whether it is possible or not to make students inter culturally competent, by making slight changes in higher education curriculum and teaching pedagogy, irrespective of discipline and number of students. The paper is an outcome of the results of an experimentation which was carried out in an undergraduate business school in Pune (India) with a large group of 650 students.
